Sam has recently joined Avery & Co as a residential surveyor and RICS Registered valuer covering the Greater Manchester area. We are delighted to have him join our team.
Sam qualified as a surveyor with Sava School of Surveying in 2020 before training and working for Arnold and Baldwin – a London based residential practice. He then relocated to Manchester with his family.
Sam has a huge passion for surveying; particularly building pathology. He is also interested in marketing within a surveying business. We are looking forward to his input and experience as Avery & Co continues to grow. As our Manchester surveyor, Sam will be completing surveys and valuations, as well as EPC assessments. He is experienced in providing Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on a range of different property types, and condition. He will also be providing valuations for a variety of clients for purposes such as; purchase, sale, tax, shared equity, shared ownership, and housing associations.
‘My favourite part of being a surveyor is being inquisitive – I enjoy looking at different types of architecture and construction, and considering how a defect has occurred and how to rectify it. I also enjoy the variety of the role – meeting different people, and inspecting different types of properties.’
If you need a survey or valuation in Manchester then Avery can help. Sam lives in and covers the Greater Manchester area and has a good understanding of the market and the area. Sam can provide surveys, valuations and Help to Buy valuations.
