Mortgage Valuations

We act for specialist and bespoke mortgage lenders providing valuations for secured lending purposes.

Our valuers are local and highly experienced in this area of residential valuation. Our reports meet individual lender criteria and are RICS compliant.

Taxation Valuations

We provide residential property tax valuations that comply with HMRC requirements and RICS Red Book standards. By combining professional judgement and experience with regulatory compliance, we deliver reliable valuations for purposes such as inheritance tax, capital gains tax and stamp duty.

Expert Witness Valuations

Avery & Co provide fully independent Single Joint Expert (SJE) valuations prepared in accordance with CPR Part 25 and Part 35 requirements. With over 20 years’ experience in residential property valuation, our RICS Registered valuers provide accurate and reliable valuation reports which can be trusted for their strong local market knowledge and professional expertise. Each valuation is fully independent and is produced to meet the court’s standards.

Housing Associations

We are experts in providing market valuations and market rent valuations on behalf of Housing Associations across the region for purposes such as; Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, Rent to Own, Home Buy Scheme and Staircasing Purposes.

Our valuers have had intensive training in this type of residential valuation and are highly experienced. We understand the statutory requirements and ensure we work professionally and efficiently.

We are able to customise our reports based on specific client needs for example; we can provide reinstatement costs, floor plans, boundary plans, energy performance certificates (EPC’s), or specific photographs on request.

House Builders

We have long-standing relationships with several national house builders. We provide a variety of valuations and surveys for purposes such as part exchange and Discount market homes under Section 106.
