John is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He left his native Yorkshire to study in Liverpool from 1975 to 1978, before qualifying in 1981. Apart from 2 years back in Yorkshire between 1978 and 1980, his entire professional working life has been spent in and around Liverpool and Southport, primarily carrying out residential survey and valuation work. He is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable and maintains the highest standards of professionalism.
