Paul is a Fellow of the RICS. He is a highly experienced chartered surveyor and a registered valuer. He joined Avery & Co in 2017. His main role within the company is to ensure our surveyors maintain high standards when inspecting properties and providing reports to clients. He is a mentor and teacher to our surveyors.

In 1979, Paul started work for H H & J Robinson; a mixed Chartered Surveyors practice in Liverpool. He qualified as an Associate of The Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers in 1980. He then qualified as an Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1982 and was elected a Fellow of the RICS in 1989. He later became a partner in H H & J Robinson.

In 1994 Paul graduated with a master’s degree in Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University. He then joined Colley’s in 1995 and managed their Liverpool office until 2000 at which point, he left to work as a self-employed surveyor and valuer. During his time of self-employment, he also worked for Allied Surveyors and Valunation.

“My favourite part of my job is the variety as no two days are the same. One day I can be out with one of our surveyors inspecting a £1M property in a fantastic location, and the next I can be carrying out research or auditing from my desk”
