Expert Witness Valuations

With over 20 years’ experience in residential property valuation, Avery & Co provides independent, CPR Part 35-compliant Expert Witness Valuations for use in legal proceedings. Our RICS-qualified valuers are trusted for their local market knowledge and professional expertise.
We act as Single Joint Experts in family and matrimonial matters, and also provide valuations for shareholder disputes, compulsory purchase, litigation, and HMRC tax investigations. All reports are impartial, include a statement of truth, and are prepared in accordance with the court’s requirements.

Housing Associations

We are specialists in providing valuations for right to buy, right to acquire, rent to own and staircasing purposes. We currently provide services to several regional housing associations.

All of our valuers have had intensive training in this type of residential valuation and are highly experienced. We are fully aware of the statutory requirements and ensure we work professionally and efficiently. We are able to customise our reports based on client need for example, we can provide reinstatement costs, floor plans or specific photographs.
