Which survey is right for your property?
- Post-war or modern home in good condition? A Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey is likely the right fit.
- Victorian or Edwardian terrace, or anything pre-1910? Depending on the condition and construction of your property, you may require a Level 3 Building Survey; this is not always the case though.
- Property that’s been extended, converted, or significantly altered? A Level 3 building survey is the best option when you want more advice about the construction, specific defects, any proposals you may have regarding major alterations or extensions.
