Avery Annual CPD Conference 2026

The Avery Annual CPD Conference returns on Thursday 12th November 2026. It offers six hours of formal continuing professional development (CPD) on residential surveying and valuation, delivered by a series of expert speakers.

After the success of last year’s conference, we are returning to Cheshire View in Christleton, Chester. The venue is set in the Cheshire countryside and has ample free parking.

Speakers and topics

The speakers and topics confirmed so far are:

• Nigel Sellars, RICS – RICS Standards Update, including Comparable Evidence in Real Estate Valuation (2nd edition), the RICS Code of Measuring Practice (7th edition), artificial intelligence in real estate, global sustainability and residential valuation guidance.

• James Warren, Off Mains Solutions – Private off mains drainage.
